What I do
I work with people buying their first home, business owners looking for office space, investors hunting for warehouses, and families upscaling and downscaling their property. Different clients, different needs—same approach: find what works, then negotiate the best deal.
You don’t pay me, my professional fee is being paid by the property owner. My job is to make sure you get what you need at the right price, without the usual industry noise. If a deal isn’t right for you, I’ll be the first to tell you to walk away.
